Check out the full list of our superfoods below.

How to take HUX Superfood blend:

To take HUX Complete Daily Greens (Superfood Blend), simply mix three tablespoons of the superfood powder with 300ml of water, stir it up and enjoy. We recommend this to be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to maximise bioavailability. It’s also important to avoid caffeine for an hour, as caffeine can reduce absorption. Easier said than done, but trust us, the benefits are worth it.

Our blend is 100% vegan as well as non-GMO and gluten-free.

So what's in it?

Here's a breakdown of all the ingredients and their benefits:

Acai berry extract - A super berry native to the Amazon rainforest that boasts a superior nutrient and antioxidant profile, especially rich in anthocyanin, a phytochemical that gives the açai berry its deep purple colour.

Ashwagandha KSM-66 - A prized herb used to support stress response, cognition and sleep. We use KSM-66, a full-spectrum ashwagandha, extracted from 100% ashwagandha roots - never the leaves. The roots are considered the best source of the health-boosting compounds.

Bacillus Coagulans - A type of good bacteria, called a probiotic. Where it differs from other probiotics is that it may withstand extreme environments, such as high levels of acid in the stomach.

Organic Pea Protein & Organic Brown Rice Protein -  Pea protein is a high-quality protein containing all nine essential amino acids and is a great source of iron. It can aid muscle growth, weight loss & heart health. Organic brown rice protein is a supplement made from brown rice. Along with the pea protein, these two high-quality protein sources combine to create a complete protein featuring all essential amino acids.

Broccoli - Nutrient rich & full of fibre. Great source of Calcium, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Chromium and Folate. Can help lower the risk of heart disease plus it contains a compound called Sulforaphane which helps fight against cancers.

Bromelain - An enzyme commonly found in pineapple. The latest research suggests it may have a positive impact on the digestive, immune and cardiovascular systems.

Beta Carotene - A form of Vitamin A that may benefit the skin, eyes and the immune system. Our superfood powder contains 100% of the RDA of Vitamin A as beta carotene.

Chlorella - Contains a wide range of antioxidants such as omega-3s, Vitamin C, and carotenoids like beta-carotene and lutein. These nutrients fight cell damage in our bodies and help reduce your risk of diabetes, cognitive disease, heart problems, and cancer.

Cranberry extract - Packed with antioxidants, including proanthocyanidins only found in very few fruits. Thanks to this stellar array of antioxidants present, studies link cranberries with many health benefits including in relation to the cardiovascular system, immunity and metabolic syndrome.

Goji Berry - Naturally high in several essential dietary components, including fibre, iron and Vitamins C & A amongst others. Goji berries are rich sources of antioxidants which may help to reduce damage to cells by free radicals.

Guava - Guava is amongst the best sources of Vitamin C and is also an especially rich source of potassium, fibre and several antioxidants. Emerging research links guava with improvements in blood sugar control and favourable cardiovascular health outcomes.

Green Tea extract -  Great source of antioxidants, including specific polyphenols known as catechins. Research indicates catechins may confer several health benefits, including a preventative impact on many diseases and a supporting role in cognition.

As such magnesium is either directly or indirectly involved in the maintenance and health of the majority of the human body, including nerves, muscles, bones, hormones and many more.
