Ingredients & Benefits

What's Inside?

0.39g per serving - Açai is a super berry native to the Amazon rainforest that boasts a superior nutrient and antioxidant profile.

0.6g per serving - Ashwagandha is a prized herb used in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine, as Rasayana (rejuvenator). Adaptogens like ashwagandha may support the stress response, cognition and sleep.

We only use KSM-66®, a full-spectrum ashwagandha, extracted from 100% ashwagandha roots – never the leaves. The roots are considered the best source of the health-boosting compounds.
