    Easy to take and helped my joint pain

    This has really helped me recover from some persistent injuries over the last 3 months. It’s easy to swallow and is great to have something non-medicinal to be able to take at night to help.

    Good stuff

    I really struggle to drop off at night and awake frequently at various hours.

    I think these tablets do help me drop off a bit quicker and lower the amount of times I wake in the night.

    I definitely feel drowsier and feel like it's easier to go to sleep but they aren't a magic bullet and I rarely sleep through 7-8 hours without waking a couple of times.

    I take a tablet about 20 mins before I go to sleep....they are big old things - not the easiest to swallow!

    This works

    i didn't have high hopes but after seeing some other reviews i took the plunge and wow, i notice such a difference when i take this! I fall asleep faster now and i stay asleep too which is something that's not always the case for me. I never thought a product like this actually existed without leaving me drowsy the next day but this has helped me so much!
